STEMpathy is for students aged 13 and over. Under-13s require parent or guardian consent and supervision.
Parents and guardians are responsible for minors’ use of the platform.
You purchase access to digital educational content, not ownership of files or materials.
Access is provided with no fixed end date, for as long as the platform and content remain available.
Content may be updated over time to reflect specification changes or improvements.
Resources may be used for personal study or classroom teaching, but must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Accounts must be accurate and must not be shared.
Uploaded materials remain your property, but you grant us permission to review and comment on them.
Exam support services involve academic judgement and do not guarantee outcomes.
Tutoring services are governed by a separate agreement.
Temporary service interruptions may occur and do not usually entitle users to refunds.

STEMpathy is an online educational platform providing Biology learning resources and exam support services, primarily for A Level students following the British curriculum.
STEMpathy is owned and operated in the United Kingdom by a sole trader.

Some features may allow you to upload materials (such as mock exam papers) for review or feedback.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant STEMpathy permission to access, review, and comment on it for the purpose of providing the requested service.
You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

STEMpathy may offer exam support services, including:

- Written feedback on exam responses
- Analysis of answers and exam technique
These services involve professional academic judgement. While we aim to provide accurate and constructive feedback, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including exam grades or results.
Disagreement with academic feedback or academic opinion does not constitute a fault in the service.
The availability, format, and scope of exam support services may change over time.

Tutoring services, where offered, are not governed by these Terms of Use.
Tutoring is provided under a separate agreement, which will set out the applicable terms, pricing, cancellation rules, and responsibilities.

STEMpathy resources are designed to align with published UK exam board specifications to the best of our ability.
STEMpathy is not an exam board or awarding body. Specifications and assessments may change, and while we aim to update content accordingly, perfect or immediate alignment cannot be guaranteed.
As with any educational material, occasional errors may occur. If you believe content is inaccurate, we encourage you to contact us so we can review it.

We aim to keep STEMpathy available and functioning reliably. However, access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events outside our control.
Some service interruptions may be caused by third-party providers, including hosting services, payment processors, or software tools.
Where interruptions occur, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible. Temporary outages or technical issues do not normally entitle users to refunds or compensation.

We intend for STEMpathy to remain available and maintained for the foreseeable future. However, continued access depends on factors outside our control, including third-party services and business continuity.
In the unlikely event that STEMpathy ceases operation, we cannot guarantee continued access to content or refunds for previously purchased digital access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, including misuse of content or account sharing.

We may update the platform, content, or these Terms of Use from time to time.
