Log in and go to the Members Hub. In Members Hub click ‘My Resources’ – all purchased resources will appear in a slide out panel, organised by module and topic.

Yes. You can access your account on different devices using the same login details.

No. Accounts are for individual use only and must not be shared.

All current resources are written specifically for OCR A Level Biology A (H420).

Each resource serves a different purpose:

  • MCQs test understanding
  • Flashcards support recall and memory

You can use them together or individually.

Content may be updated or improved to reflect specification changes or quality improvements. Updates do not remove your access.

Yes. We plan to expand the platform over time by adding new content types and supporting additional exam boards. These will be introduced gradually and may be released separately from existing resources.

Yes. Progress is saved automatically for up to 30 days, allowing you to leave and return without starting again (within that period).

Scores help identify strengths and gaps. Visibility may depend on whether you signed up individually or through a school or institution.

Yes. You can restart and practise sets as many times as you like.

Digital learning resources are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Please see the Payments, Refunds & Cancellations Policy for full details.

Exam support services are non-refundable and are delivered based on professional academic judgement. They do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.

First refresh the page, then log out and back in. If it still doesn’t appear, contact us and we’ll investigate.

We aim to keep the platform running smoothly, but temporary interruptions can occur due to maintenance or third-party services. We’ll restore access as quickly as possible.

Your access is not time-limited. You will continue to have access to purchased resources while the platform and those resources remain available. If any major changes affect access, we’ll communicate this clearly.
