2. Payments, Subscriptions, Refunds and Cancellations
2.1 Membership plans
STEMpathy offers two main membership options:
- Monthly rolling plan: billed monthly with a minimum term of 3 months. You may cancel at any time after the initial 3-month term. Unless cancelled, the plan will automatically renew each month.
- 2-year plan: paid upfront in one lump sum at the start of the term. This plan is non-refundable once purchased.
We may change or update available plans in the future, but your existing membership will continue as agreed when you signed up.
2.2 Cancelling subscriptions
- For monthly rolling plans, you may cancel any time after the initial 3-month minimum term. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- For 2-year plans, cancellation is not possible once the plan has started, and no refunds will be issued.
2.3 Learning & Support services
- One-off learning & support services must be paid in advance.
- These are non-refundable once booked, unless we cancel or reschedule the session.
2.4 Refunds
- Digital services are delivered immediately after purchase, so the usual 14-day consumer “cooling-off” period does not apply under UK law.
- We may issue refunds for duplicate payments or technical errors at our discretion.
2.5 Payment processing
All payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
